I’m Nicolette: Brand Director/Strategist, Storyteller, and mom — fueled by tacos, iced coffee, and the belief that brands with real purpose can change the world. I help businesses embody their purpose in everything they do — how they market, sell, hire, and build community — so their brand isn’t just a statement, it’s an experience.
Before launching my business, I spent a decade leading creative teams and shaping brand stories. At a global e-commerce company, I helped couples brand their weddings in ways that felt uniquely them, while supporting brand partnerships with companies like Target, West Elm, and Anthropologie. At one of Kansas City’s largest franchise companies, I built a national brand identity that helped 200+ franchisees not only market their business, but turn their local presence into a community-driven brand experience leading to deeper customer loyalty, higher sales, and more meaningful connections with the people they serve.
Now, I take everything I’ve learned and focus on a select group of founders and executives — leaders who want their brand to be more than just words on a website. I guide them through the same process so their brand isn’t just something they say; it’s something they live, shaping how they show up, connect, and grow.
